Recruiting

N-Able Group International (NGi) performs worldwide executive, as well as “mission critical” professional and technical recruitment for organizations in the semiconductor and related industries. Our search consultants have extensive semiconductor knowledge and typically have 15 years or more experience working directly in the industry.

We focus on the semiconductor and related industries, which allows us to understand our client and candidate needs and tailor our searches accordingly. In addition, we strive to become the lead search firm of our clients by filling their staffing requirements with the best candidates in the shortest possible times. The majority of our clients are repeat customers with whom we have established ongoing relationships.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information provided to us by our clients and do not disclose any information without prior approval. We also protect the confidentiality of our candidates. Individuals contacted by us remain confidential until they decide if they would like to be a candidate for a particular position. We ask our client companies to maintain candidate confidentiality and not share their information with anyone other than those directly involved in the search.

The Search Process

  • The process is divided into seven stages, some of which may be conducted simultaneously during the search.

Search Definition

  • Define client requirements and understand business philosophy, goals, culture, strategy and plans
  • Develop position specifications including responsibilities, reporting relationships, education and experience
  • Review search efforts to date
  • Generate the search plan

Candidate Identification

  • Identify and research potential candidates
  • Contact, qualify and interest candidates who meet position requirements
  • Generate list of target candidates
  • Provide timely reports on search progress to client

Candidate Evaluation

  • Conduct detailed first level interviews of potential candidates to examine their qualifications, accomplishments, personal and career objectives
  • Review target candidate list and recommendations with client

Candidate Presentation and Client Screening

  • Present qualified candidates to client
  • Get client feedback on candidates for the position
  • Schedule meetings between selected candidates and client
  • Contact client and candidate for feedback after each interview
  • Aid in final candidate selection

Referencing

  • Check candidate-supplied and other references

  • Provide reference results to client

Offer and negotiation

  • Provide client with target compensation recommendations

  • Identify unresolved candidate issues

  • Assist with offer negotiation

Transition and closure

  • Monitor the resignation process and develop transition strategy

  • Maintain periodic contact with successful candidate and client to ensure mutual satisfaction

  • Inform other candidates of final outcome
