Ron Jones, CEO and Founder of N-Able Group International
Prior to NGi, Ron was CEO of Thai Microsystems in Bangkok, President of Indy/Olin Interconnect Technologies in California, Corporate VP of Worldwide Operations/GM at Amkor Technologies in Korea and VP of Operations at RF Monolithics in Dallas. Ron also spent 15 years at Texas Instruments in various operational management positions. Ron is an authority on the fabless and outsourced manufacturing business model and chaired the GSA Business Management Systems Committee since its inception. He holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from University of California Berkeley and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.

Larry Crosby, Vice President of Recruiting Services
Larry manages N-Able Group’s Executive Search and Professional Recruiting practice since joining the company in 2000. Prior to joining NGi, Larry was with Kulicke & Soffa for 16 years in marketing and international sales. Larry’s extensive industry contacts and experience has enabled him to lead and manage the recruiting team to complete numerous worldwide searches, filling a wide range of positions for clients. Larry has a B.S. in Marketing from Boston College.

George Crosby, Vice President of Business Development
Prior to joining N-Able Group, George served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Quad Systems, President of United States Robots, President of the NDT/ Nuclear Services Group of Automation Industries, President of Philips Electronic Instruments, President of a subsidiary of Syntex and Vice President of Fisher Scientific Corporation. In his early career he gained 11 years experience in research, manufacturing and quality control in scientific equipment at Baird-Atomic. George has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Physics from Boston College.

Clint Jones, Director of Information Technology and Resources
Clint joined the company in 1996 and has been involved in a wide variety of consulting projects. He also manages N-Able Groups IT and management systems that support the recruiting and consulting practices. Clint was one of the key contributors to the success of the FSA/GSA Business Management Systems Committee. Clint has a B.A. in Philosophy from Austin College.
